1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing this website and booking a package tour with Sri Balamuri Flight Package Tours (operating under "Sri Balamuri Yatra", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before initiating any booking.

2. Bookings and Payments

To confirm your booking, you must submit correct traveler information (matching Aadhaar/Passport) and pay the specified advance deposit.

• All rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed with airlines and hotels.
• The balance payment must be cleared in full as per the schedule provided at the time of booking (typically 15-30 days before departure).
• Sri Balamuri Yatra reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are not made according to the agreed schedule.

3. Flight Bookings & Baggage

Flight bookings are done through commercial airlines. Sri Balamuri Yatra acts solely as a facilitator and is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or baggage loss/damage by the airline. Permissible baggage limits will be specified in your ticket and must be strictly adhered to.

4. Cancellations and Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refunds are governed by the following cancellation rules and airline/hotel policies:

• Flight portion: Highly non-refundable once tickets are issued, subject to individual airline carrier rules.
• Land portion (Hotels/Vehicles): Subject to hotel and service provider cancellation charges.
• Advance booking deposits are generally non-refundable due to pre-commitments made to airlines and properties.
• Any processing refunds will take 7-14 working days to reflect back in the customer's bank account.

5. Traveler Obligations & Safety

Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid government IDs (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, Visa) required for travel. Devotees undertaking rigorous pilgrimages (e.g. high altitude yatras) should ensure they are medically fit. Sri Balamuri Yatra is not responsible for any health complications arising during travel.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any changes, delays, cancellations, or damages caused by events outside our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, airline strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or political instability.
