1. Agreement to Terms

By browsing our website (https://www.balamuriyatra.in), submitting an enquiry, or booking a package tour with SRI BALAMURI ENTERPRISES (operating under the public brand name "Balamuri Yatra", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms thoroughly before booking. If you are booking on behalf of family members or a group, you warrant that you have the authority to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all travelers in your party.

2. Bookings, Payments & Identification

• Accurate Traveler Information: You must supply passenger names, dates of birth, and identity details exactly as they appear on government-issued IDs (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Passport). Any name discrepancy charges or denied boarding penalties levied by airlines or authorities shall be borne entirely by the passenger.
• Advance Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit per person is required to confirm package reservations and initiate airline ticket procurement.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be cleared in full as per the schedule specified at the time of quotation (usually 15 to 30 days prior to departure). Failure to complete payments may result in automatic reservation cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
• Tariff Adjustments: Package costs are subject to change without prior notice in case of significant airline fuel surcharge hikes, foreign exchange fluctuations (for international packages), or statutory government tax revisions.

3. Flight Bookings & Airline Liability

Balamuri Yatra facilitates flight bookings through commercial scheduled airlines (such as IndiGo, Air India, SpiceJet, etc.).

• Airline Rules: Passengers are subject to the conditions of carriage of the operating airline carrier.
• Schedule Changes: SRI BALAMURI ENTERPRISES is not responsible for flight delays, reschedulings, cancellations, mechanical diversions, or missed connections caused by airline operations or airport congestion.
• Baggage Allowances: Baggage limitations (check-in and hand luggage) are determined solely by the airline. Excess baggage charges are the personal responsibility of the passenger.

4. Cancellations & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to support@balamuriyatra.in. Cancellations are subject to the following terms:

• Flight Component: Group and promotional flight tickets purchased for yatra packages are generally 100% non-refundable and non-transferable once PNRs are ticketed, as per airline carrier policies.
• Land Component (Hotels & Coach Transport): Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure incur minimal administrative retention; cancellations within 15–30 days incur standard hotel retention charges; cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original source account/card within 7 to 14 business days.

6. Pilgrim Health, Fitness & Traveler Conduct

Certain pilgrimage yatras (such as Char Dham, Kedarnath, and high-altitude Himalayan shrines) require physical stamina. Travelers are strongly advised to obtain medical clearance prior to departure.

SRI BALAMURI ENTERPRISES reserves the right to decline or terminate the travel of any passenger whose conduct is disruptive, disrespectful to fellow devotees, or hazardous to the group's safety, without liability for refund.

7. Force Majeure

Neither Balamuri Yatra nor SRI BALAMURI ENTERPRISES shall be liable for non-performance, itinerary delays, or curtailed tours caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure), including natural disasters, landslides, adverse weather, airspace closures, road blockages, temple trust entry restrictions, civil unrest, or statutory government orders.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms or services provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Karnataka, India.
